Magic Marine Easter Regatta Event Support

13th - 18th April 2022

IOCA UK are planning coach support for the main fleet at the 2022 Magic Marine Easter Regatta at Braassemermeer in Holland. 

The event is usually around 220 sailors from northern Europe. The regatta is scheduled for 15-18 April 2022 and we would train at the venue on 13 and 14 April. The venue is easily accessible from the UK either via North Sea ferry routes or the Channel Tunnel. 

Sailors will need to register and pay for coach support from IOCA on this page and also enter the regatta directly on the club website https://www.manage2sail.com/en-US/event/MMOER#!/

Update 11-Feb-22 - we will also be supporting the Optimist Benjamin fleet. Please book in as main fleet. 

Fees

Cost of £420 per sailor is budgeted based on 24 sailors. 
If after analysing the final actual expenses there is more than £20 saving, this will be refunded to parents. Similarly, if the team expenses exceed the budget or there are fewer sailors than budgeted a further payment request to parents will be made. 
If sailors need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. Fees will be refunded less any costs already incurred. Where this significantly increases the cost for other participants, this will be communicated and all participants will be given the option to cancel or proceed. 
It is the sole responsibility of families to confirm the eligibility of their sailors for the event and the covid and travel rules applicable at the time of travelling.
