IOCA UK Winter Championships 2024

IOCA UK is returning to Rutland Sailing  Club for Winters 24.

To enter the Winter 24 sailors must be an IOCA member. IOCA membership for 2025 is available and will expire on 31 December 2025.

IOCA UK Major Event Instructions 2024

There are two fleets to choose from. For more information on selecting a fleet, have a look at Introduction to Racing.

• Main Fleet
• Regatta Racing Fleet

Early Bird entry 

The Early Bird entry fee of £70.00 is available until 2 November. Therafter the entry fee will be £84.00.

Entry closing date

The closing date for enteries is the 11 November.

Check the list of accepted sailors

When you have completed your entry, have a look at the list of enteries to see if sailors you know who are intending to enter have made an entry. If they are not on the list of accepted sailors, contact them and remind them to make an online entry.

Sail Number

If a change of sail number is required before the event you can change the yourself on the event entry. Or, alternativrely email the change to [email protected]

Winters 24 Updates

In the lead up to the Winters 24 there will be a number of Updates sent via email. There will be an Update sent on Wednesday 13 November containing arrival instructions.

Equipment Declaration 

An online Equipment Declaration must be completed by all sailors in Main Fleet. The Equipment Declaration must be completed by 9.30 am on Saturday 16 November 2024. Changes to the Equipment Declaration must be made by the same time.
